Giovanni van Bronckhorst (Barcelona) has made the draw for the 2nd edition of the Torneo del Futuro 2007.
There were four pots with the following teams:
- Pot 1 (Legmeervogels and SV RAP)
- Pot 2 (Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord and Sparta)
- Pot 3 (FC Barcelona, Internazionale, FC Porto and KRC Genk)
- Pot 4 (Bayer Leverkusen and Schalke 04)
Hit Squad U21 at Torneo del Futuro on May 20th, 2007

In connection with this years European Championship under-21, in the Netherlands, the UEFA wants to unfold several activities to promote the tournament as well as the ticket sales and football in general. Players United has been asked to incorporate and organise these so-called ‘Hit Squad’ activities during the tournament. These activities can be stand alone events but are preferably in combination with LOC or Host City events or if possible other big existing (youth) events. All Hit Squad activities are preferably targeted to a international audience of kids and their parents. UEFA partner activities such as JVC Fan Messages will be incorporated upon request.
