Torneo del Futuro is very pleased to host Inter again! It’s already the 3rd time this great club will attend Torneo and in all previous editions of Torneo, Inter proved to be an absolute top team, both on as off the pitch. This club shows what it takes to have a real professional organization from the youngest players up to the 1st team.
The players and delegation of Inter are already looking forward to their 3rd edition and the Torneo organization was in Milano this week to meet with the Club.
The first contact with Inter was made through our friend and one of world’s best players; Zlatan Ibrahimovic. As a young player Zlatan loved to play this kind of tournaments and this is where the world of the likes of Ajax, Arsenal, etc., showed already their interest in him.
Last summer the Squadra of Mourinho played at the Amsterdam Arena and visited host of the tournament, sv RAP, for a training session and the team was impressed by the quality of the grass.
The U-12 of Inter is doing really well in the league in Italy and has some of Italy’s finest players. In the previous 2 years Inter showed great quality football and even had the best player of the Tournament in the 2007 edition.
For this year Inter will bring their best players of 1997 to Torneo del Futuro and we hope that we are able to welcome the Club as the Champions of Italy!
