Media exposure:
In the previous editions of Torneo de Futuro we generated a lot of media exposure.
In 2008 the most important media attention received was as follows:
- Jetix (children’s TV broadcaster) announced Torneo del Futuro a few times a week prior to the tournament
- Eurogoals (Eurosport) broadcast footage of the weekend
- Futbol Mundial showed footage in their international football programme (broadcast in more than 35 territories)
- The Children’s News (Jeugdjournaal) dedicated 15 minutes to Torneo (2x)
- Telegraaf (nr 1. Dutch news paper) dedicated an article in the month prior to the tournament
- The Amsterdam Municipal Office supports the tournament and we work together in all the media attention.
- Via our website we inform people about the last updated news flashes. www.torneodelfuturo.com
- We also put together a programme booklet where the games’ schedule, tournament and team information and all sponsors are detailed (2000 copies)
In 2009 we strive for more media attention of course!
We have honoured media guests coming from Japan! The Japanese National Network (NHK) will be travelling with our Japanese contestants Kashima Antlers. NHK will broadcast a full feature on Torneo del Futuro on their national channel.
VIP Pavilion
We will set up a special VIP Pavilion for our sponsors. This will be situated in front of the main pitch, so they can watch the talented players while enjoying drinks and food. On both days a lunch is served and on Saturday evening we also offer our sponsors a pleasant dinner.
The bar is open the whole day!
